Listen, adapt, create.

We’ve got a story to tell.

Lovelock Mitchell are a long established, award winning practice.
Based in the heart of Chester, our creative team of 25 forward-thinking
staff work in dynamic teams led by knowledgeable design principles.
Established in 1860 with offices in North Wales and Chester, we have a range
of international and local clients we work alongside to deliver results with
passion, personality and practicality.

Listen

As a practice we work closely with our clients, striving to understand their requirements and build a trusting relationship. People are at the centre of architecture so it is right to listen to as many voices as possible throughout the design process. We firmly believe that the most successful projects with the most innovative solutions are those that are developed through a collaborative process. This extends far outside of our office walls to all project contributors and stakeholders, because we understand that successful partnerships deliver results.

Adapt

Adding to the built environment is an inherently complicated process with no two projects ever procured, built or run in the same way. Therefore, as a practice we draw on our expansive depth and breadth of knowledge to put together teams that will provide the best service to our clients.

Create

Our practice is organised into flexible teams of enthusiastic and impassioned designers with the right tools at their disposal to create high quality buildings and masterplans that add value to any project. BIM has been a core part of the practice's design toolkit for almost a decade, for one principal reason; it allows our designers to efficiently manage, prototype, test and innovate in one place without compromise, whilst producing consistently accurate and reliable information on time, first time.
